[SoCoSA/discuss] Mailman command line option for changing the max number of recipients

I need to know how to changed Mailman's max_num_recipients using the  
command line for a list hosted at Sonic. They aren't providing that  
particular settomg in their modified GUI for list administration.  
Googling for information on Mailman's command line tools has been less  
than helpful. Anyone run into this before, or can point me in a useful  
direction?
