[SoCoSA/discuss] GNU Mailman auto invite

Hi-

I'm involved with a group that has the usual assortment of mailing lists:
announce, talk, etc.

We'd like to send an automatic invitation to the announce list if someone
subscribes to one of the discussion lists.

Anyone care to point me in the right direction to set this up?  I suppose I
could hassle Eric directly, but I figured it'd be good to have the info
archived for posterity.
