USB ADSL modem

I have an Alcatel Efficient Networks Speedstream 4060 ADSL USB modem
(id# 067c) and I just installed Mandrake 8.0 which has the new kernel
2.4.somethin-or-other with usb support. Has anyone successfully set one
of these modems up under this or any other version of linux?
