Can I install a DEB package under Red Hat 7.1?

You may want to check out a new copy of "alien" that may be available with
redhat. It allows you to convert various packaging formats for use with
many linux distros like rpm to deb and deb to rpm.

Check your packages to see if you have alien installed or an RPM for it to
install it.
