Does anybody ever transition from Debian to Redhat?

I'm interested. I recently fired up a Debian box and I'm having some
problems with it. I had RedHat/Mandrake/Turbo pretty well figured out,
but this is different (mostly apt-get/dselect/dpkg instead of rpm). I
think I broke dselect, but I don't have time to get into that now. I'm
not going to be able to fool much with this until the last week of
April, but is there an equivalent to rpm -qf ? (query a file and ask it
what package it belongs to?)
