Implicit to this "test" after you have modified your OS's DNS, is
quitting your web browser entirely (some have their own local DNS
caching system) starting a brand new copy of your web browser, then try
connecting to http://www.nblug.org/  if you see the nblug web site, then
the test shows your ISP has DNS issues...
