http://frizzen.cx/stuff/linux/

There is a file called shells.pdf

"Shell's: User's Guide, HP 9000 Computers", B2355-90046, Aug 1992, 432
pages on shell programming from the doc.hp.com web page. 1.65 MB. It
was a free download, but it doesn't seem to be on the HP web site
anymore.

It's not a great reference, but it's a good start for beginners.

It's 1.6 MB and the server throttles the downloads of pdf files, so it
will take a couple minutes if nobody else is downloading. If it errors
out or is taking forever try again later.

Don't use any download programs that open multiple connections to
download faster. You will get blocked at the firewall by an automated
script.
