Seemed like a good idea, but 'XFree86 -scanpci' doesn't work. I get nothing.
Kudzu found the card even.

The best place to start would be the Xinerama HOWTO which you can find
here:
http://www.linuxdocs.org/HOWTOs/Xinerama-HOWTO.html

It is pretty straightforward.  Basically you make sure each individual card
works by itself in individual Screen and ServerLayout sections, and then you
combine them in a ServerLayout section.  There are a lot of examples in the
HOWTO.

Note that doing multi-head on a single ATI or Nvidia card is slightly
different since they have their own multi-head configurations.  I don't have
much experience doing it with ATI, but with Nvidia, the documentation that
comes with the Nvidia proprietary drivers goes over it well.  Simply go to
the "Twinview Extensions" Appendix in their docs.
