[NBLUG/talk] SCO: "legal liability for the use of Linux"

One benefit:
If MS starts a lawsuit against Linux Distributors, or tries to impose
licensing (by claiming ownership of patents/copyright/etc) then their
paper tiger offering of Linux as competition in the Desktop world is lost.
Proof of monopoly could be made easier.

Will the FTC permit MS to buy SCO/Rights to *NIX src? Maybe they will
block such a sale?
