[NBLUG/talk] debian apt-get crash

I was doing an "apt-get upgrade" on debian testing and:

dpkg: error processing
/var/cache/apt/archives/samba-doc_3.0.2a-1_all.deb (--unpack):
 unable to move aside `./usr/share/doc/samba-doc/htmldocs' to install
 new version: Operation not permitted
 dpkg-deb: subprocess paste killed by signal (Broken pipe)

penguin:/usr/share/doc/samba-doc# ll htmldocs
c--------x  4416 126      root     135,   0 Feb 22  1970 htmldocs

penguin:/usr/share/doc/samba-doc# /bin/rm -f htmldocs 
/bin/rm: cannot remove `htmldocs': Operation not permitted

Any ideas?
