Ok, got it.

Are any of you aware if there is such a thing as a table showing which IP
address ranges are dedicated to each country?

I already noticed that most addresses in Brazil start with a 200. number,
but don't know if there is such a table.

I'm not 100% sure, just fairly confident, I tried whois on several
addresses, they were all Iran.
