Oh, and, of course, the "Games/Entertainment" section of Freshmeat.net
(which lists just under 3000 projects).

I tried filtering out all those listed as Development Status:
Planning, Pre-Alpha, Alpha or Beta, but Freshmeat's filter system is a bit
klunky to use, their site is a bit slow right now, and I'm kinda busy at work.

Suffice it to say, the 'main' Games/Ent. category had about 1150 out of those
2900+, and roughly 40% (nearly 450) are listed as "Stable" and/or "Mature".
If that holds true for all of the projects listed in the various Game/Ent.
subcategories (e.g., "Puzzle Games"), that's about 1100 game-related
projects for Linux listed at Freshmeat. :^)
