Any Intel motherboard should work as long as it has a 386 or newer CPU 
(and Pentium D is certainly newer).  If I remember correctly, the one 
major thing that can cause problems when installing a RedHat-based 
distro (CentOS is based on Red Hat Enterprise, right?) is if you don't 
have enough memory.  Last time I checked, most RedHat-based distro's 
refused to install on less than 32MB of RAM.

I highly doubt you'll run into any problems with this motherboard.
