Running Internet Explorer in Debian and ubuntu Linux
http://www.debianadmin.com/running-internet-explorer-debian-and-ubuntu-linux.html

I tried this out and it works great. I have IE6 running under sarge and
etch. Useful for web development and the pages that just won't work
with anything else. Flash, video, sound: It all works.

If you use sarge (stable) you have to update wine to a newer version.
The version in sarge-backports works fine. If you don't know how to use
the backports then do this:
Put this into /etc/apt/sources.list:

deb http://www.backports.org/debian/ sarge-backports main contrib non-free

The install with this:
"apt-get update; apt-get -t sarge-backports install wine"
