Anyone know of any good/cheap VPS providers that let you provide your own OS install images?<br><br><a href="http://www.prgmr.com/">http://www.prgmr.com/</a> is the only one I've found that seems to be open to this sort of thing, and even they don't have a self-serve option for uploading images.<br>
