I swear I have no idea how that card was functioning at all without a
TCP/IP driver. :-P I added that, put both machines in the same
workgroup, and two reboots later it's working!

That said, I can't see any of the files on the Win98 machine from the
XP box. However, I can drag files over to the XP machine's "shared
documents" folder, so that's probably good enough. :-)

Ugh, Hulk sick work with Windows. Hulk want reformat hard drive
install Dapper Drake.

Speaking of which, I need to unload my last eight Ubuntu 5 CDs so I
can order a batch of Ubuntu 6 disks to force down people's throats.
:-) I'm excited about the improvements in Ubuntu Dapper Drake's
install system. Live boot and install from the same disk, with
point-and-click setup! :-D
