Whose motherboard is this?

At the end of my history class, someone handed me a box with an AT Pentium 1 
motherboard loaded with memory and a CPU, and an NIC.  All she said was, "My 
dad wanted you to have it."

I don't know who her dad is, but I would like to be able to give credit 
where it's due.
