Sorry, I was going to paste-include the version up there. I see the docs
say RedHat needs 0.9.5a or later, but also see a compatability define mod
for dealing with openssl < 0.9.6.
They may have a bug in handling version < 0.9.6, but getting a later
version than 0.9.5a is a good idea anyway.
