The Firewalker project is alive again

I finally got a spare moment and got the netbooting system to run off of 
Palantir!

The new server is definitely an improvement; it's at least 10 times faster, 
and no problems that have left me scratching my head (although I found 
myself recompiling the kernel about 10 times).  It will require quite a bit 
of additional configuring, but finding time for that should not be so 
difficult now that IB testing is over.
