MS wants free help

Thanks to those who sent the bugzilla info.  Check this out:  It appears 
that Microsoft wants to borrow the community model so they can get folks 
to give free support and help develop their products:

Can't say I 've ever cared for the way they do business, but from a 
strictly business point of view, this is a smart move. It seems to 
parallel open source communities in that payment promises appear to come 
in the form of beer, etc.
