mirroring update

Mandrake downloaded a while ago; just the install tree and the updates; no
isos.

For RedHat 8.0 we've currently got discs 1, 2 and 4 with valid ISOs and all. 
disc3 is in the middle of a download (thanks Bill) and disc5 needs to come
along later...

If you're using rsync you can use --partial to download what's there of the
existing files and pick them up again later.  (also use --block-size=8192;
rsync is the *only* way to go when downloading giant files like this)
