MS html cleanup tools

Is there a tool for cleaning up FrontPage output?  I am converting a site set up with FP originally to be maintained with other tools.  Demoronizer looks good for most of it, but there are header tags that make it tricky to use a different editor.

Wasn't there a cleaning tool especially for Word-generated HTML
code? Called demoronizer or so... indeed:
