[NBLUG/talk] The Ivory Coast guy is back

This is actually a scam deal with the base being in either
Nigeria, South Africa, the Congo, and now the Netherlands.

I forget the actually dubbed title of these deals, but if you
do a Google search on it, there should be a page with the US
Treasury Department on how to report them (something like a
419 scam (or similar number)).

Since I own a company and review the "odd" mail, I get on average
at least 3-5 of these a day in the "odd" mail boxes (which filter
into the trash can of course).
