The one I used is dhcp or dhcpd. You can find an RPM probably on
rpmfind.org or on your Redhat CD.
I was able to configure it by editing the /etc/dhcp.conf or
/etc/dhcpd.conf file (something like that). There is a manpage that
describes how the config file should look for leases, ranges, etc. I
don't beleve I've seen a GUI tool, though you might check out Webmin
[http://webmin.com]. They might have a DHCP plugin for administration.
