As you can deduce from my messages, I am a newbie to Linux.  So, with 
that in mind, I used the Update choice and updated RH 9.0 to Fedora.  No 
problems.

I run http and ftp along with MySQL and Interbase.  It is my development 
environment for applications I turn over to my clients.
