As someone mentioned, there's the infamous PuTTY. (I'm using it now!)
I also have Cygwin installed, and can run the Cygwin terminal, which gives
me a bash prompt. From there I can run "ssh" and "scp" right on the
command line. Makes Windows a little more palletable. (Til the OS breaks
again >:^( )
Heck, I've even got X-Window, so I can run Cygwin, type "startx" and
get a window with an X-Window display shown in it. Fire up an xterm in
there (again, running on Windows), and then do an "ssh -X" to my Linux box
upstairs, and I can run applications remotely.
I've done that to run xpdf, kfax and even OpenOffice.org over my wireless ;)
My laptop acts as a kind of thin-client. ;)
