I'm not sure about on the fly script, maybe one running via init that 
looked for abuse and made stricter rules depening on the output. I think 
that's what you mean, I agree this would be cool. But on the other hand 
if you have a good rule set going then there is no need to create 
iptables on the fly. This makes a good talk;
