[NBLUG/talk] strange Konqueror behavior in /home directory

My guess is that your "File Management" profile is corrupted.  Open 
Konqueror (in its current "File Management" mode), and go to your real home 
directory.  Then go to Settings->Save View Profile "File Management".  That 
should save the state of the current window as your default profile.
