the netbackup version we talked about at lwe was netbackup business edition. 
the datacenter version is even nicer, but even more pricey.

amanda does some nice things (we used an older version here at ssu until we
replaced it with netbackup dc), but if you need support, i'd look at the
business edition of netbackup and bru - i've heard good and bad about bru,
but never looked at it personally.
