[NBLUG/talk] osCommerce?

I am using Fedora Core 3, kernel 2.6.9-1.639, KDE session. When I play a 
sound on the sound card, PCI Ensonic, ens 1371 the sound is overlayed by 
static hissing and cracklling. The card works normally in Windows, 
Knoppix and worked with Fedora Core 2. I have tried reinstalling the 
card and using ALSA, unskillfully I suspect, to install drivers to no avail.
Any suggestions?
