[NBLUG/talk] sendmail / outlook 2000

I'm having some problems with a user connecting to send messages. She's
recieving messages fine, but sending seems a no go. Looks to me like it
gets to the 'end with a .' part and then something happens. For some
reason the id changes and there is an unexpected close of connection.
She's about to try backing up her mailbox and re-installing outlook.
Anyone ever encounter something like this? I've got several other users
using this system without problem and her network 24.5.0 is in the relay
list so I tend to think it's on her end.
