tree connect failed: NT_STATUS_BAD_NETWORK_NAME

results in:

added interface ip=192.168.0.22 bcast=192.168.0.255 nmask=255.255.255.0
Got a positive name query response from 192.168.0.20 ( 192.168.0.20 )
Domain=[WEB01] OS=[Windows 5.0] Server=[Windows 2000 LAN Manager]

Any suggestions why I am getting NT_STATUS_BAD_NETWORK_NAME with the 
first attempt to connect?
