Interesting. I have not looked too deeply at this recently. My 
impression was that the SuSE mail server was not attempting to be an 
exchange equivalent, rather just a similar product based on IMAP. Things 
seem to have changed! Appears to be based on
   http://www.open-exchange.org
and from what I can tell from the press releases Novell plans to 
contribute their code back to the OSS base, and use it for their next 
release.

I'll be keeping an eye on it!
