The system you found will do everything and more, for a stripped down
linux-home-firewall system, and it looks like a good price.

However, it will be cheaper to build your own box from parts, and you
can use any spare parts you have lying around.  A good place to look
would be a local computer recycling center, as the parts can be had for
great prices, and will still probably be fast enough for what you want.
 If you're going to the trouble of installing and setting up a home
firewall, why not just build the box yourself anyway?
