Something like this would work:

0  6 * * * root nice -n 19 urpmi.update --update > /dev/null 2>&1 ;
urpmi --update --auto --auto-select > /dev/null 2>&1

Althought some people are against auto. updating; in which case just
take off the "--auto" and have it email you the output.
