So far it's only been able to sync one time, and when it did it only sync'ed 
the calendar before crashing.  It's kind of weird because when I connect the 
Z22 to the USB cable, it registers as TWO USB-to-Serial converters.  The exact 
kernel messages are:

I'll check the KDE Bug Tracking System later (I have a class in 20 minutes),
Beyond that, it's too early to know how well it works for my needs.
