[NBLUG/talk] Network Install HTTP/FTP Fedora Core 5

Hi,

Excuse my ignorance, but I tried to do a network install of FC5 using HTTP, 
basically I dumped a DVD into a webdir and gave it a go.. well, no go.

Did some research and RTFM.
So I created a proper dir skeleton for a repo and ran the create repo command 
but I am still getting an error that the installer cannot find the repomd.xml 
file.

Does anyone have a hint for me.....  I am losing my edge, the skills are 
starting to fade.
