I use TMDA (www.tmda.net).  It's great.  I deployed it 3 years ago and, 
in that time, I've seen SPAM (delivered to my INBOX) go from about 
25-50/day down to 0/day.  It's absolutely effective for me in 
eliminating SPAM.
