I need to set up a Mailman server at work. Any advice on which mail server to use? I can choose from sendmail, postfix, or exim. I'd prefer ease of admin over feature set if that helps. I just need to have the lists running and relay the mail to accounts on the corporate Exchange server.

I'm trying out Fedora Core 5 on this box, but I'm also thinking of trying the newer Ubuntu release. I can do box admin, but mail admin is new to me.
