[NBLUG/talk] High quality Text to Speech..

Hi,

I've been playing around with Festival and Espeak and find them to be 
pretty neat, but they all seem to sounds like the wargames computer =/ 
which is ok for the project I am playing around with, but earlier today 
I was gooogling and found this http://www.elantts.com/demos/samplesHQ.asp

So I was wondering if anyone knew of any open source text to speech 
software that sounded this good?  I looked around and could not find 
anything obvious, so I thought I would ask on this list.
