If you need something cross-platform, I'd recommend MinGW Developer
Studio (http://www.parinyasoft.com/mingwstudio.html) - it runs on
Linux, and the Windows package comes bundled with the MinGW compiler
and the wxWidgets GUI toolkit. For just Linux use, try Anjuta, or
KDevelop if you're on KDE.
