[NBLUG/talk] OT- sonic question

I am totally confused trying to get a web-page to find a cgi file.  
Sonic places cgi's in a public_cgi directory,
rather than in a cgi-bin subdirectory as I have used elsewhere.   I 
can't find an answer in the Sonic FAQ's
to, how to form a POST action=  address  in my html.  The files I have 
worked elsewhere, I am moving them.
There should be a quick answer, please??? !!!
