There is a new low-power-licensed FM station in Occidental, KOWS,  
107.3, operating from the environmental and arts center.
There is a  plan to stream, designed by a broadcast engineer, but  
help is needed in Linux programming for it, and for an access account.
I will try to make the meeting this Tuesday evening, should anyone  
want to talk with me about helping.
