[NBLUG/talk] Looking for Open Source Conferencing Tool

I have a fiend who needs a software package that can do Voice, Video, 
and Net Meeting.

He has a Dell Laptop with Yes, Vista Business. But is having trouble 
with Skype.

So anyone know of a good Open Source Package that has been ported to the 
Windows
eviroment?

Or is there something I can throw on my hosting site if I need a 
Server/Client combination??

The only the that comes to my mind is Drupal or Pidgin with Add-Ons.
