[NBLUG/talk] favicon on apache in redhat

OK, apparently I'm supposed to have a favicon.ico file in my web root, but
where is that?  Everything to do with my website seems to be in /var/www but
putting a file there doesn't seem to work.  Or do I have to clear out my
browser cache or bounce apache or something?
