[NBLUG/talk] resetting pw on an XP box

I tried using chntpw a couple times in knoppix (5.1) and it still asks for a password to log on. It says "BASIC COMPANY" for the password hint. I didn't set this box up, my boss bought it off craigslist and it has an bulk business XP install disk. I don't know how leget it is although the disk appears to be legit. I think it's XP pro if that make a difference.
