Since Comcast does deep packet inspection, runs Sandvine, sends forged
resets, etc, clearly they consider the "service" they provide to be an
expensive nuisance getting in the way of profit, what need is there to
quantify the level of disruption they do to traffic?

If you notice the bad things they do, you are not their idea of a good
customer. Why give them your money? Give it to the EFF instead. Talk to
your congress-critters before it's too late.

Complaining to Comcast is really the wrong way to spend your time. They
know exactly what they are doing. As long as you keep paying your bill
they will put up with your complaints. But they will not change their
ways unless the force of law is applied. Yes, more regulation would be
required.
