Is it possible the hard set hardware addresses are causing an issue? If these hosts were cloned from other hosts this causes problems. I usually remove them from my ifcfg-ethX config files. 

Also, you might try clearing out the following file before your next reboot:

/etc/udev/rules.d/70-persistent-net

This file caches any previous hardware information, even if you cloned from an image from a previous system.

Just "clean living" suggestions.
