Good day NBLUG members,
Per Allan's request, here is a brief introduction on my talk:
"Have You Tried Turning It Off and Back On Again?: A Case Against
Broader Patentability"
With ongoing court case battles, like with Oracle v. Google, it brings
to mind: what is patentable? How did we get to this point? How can
legitimate, well-intended inventors work within a legal minefield?
This talk explores the breadth and history of patent law. Particularly,
the talk focuses on software and software-related patents.
Thank you!
Best,
Glenn
