When I replied to his "Sorry about multiple postings!" message, I
directly CC'ed him.
He and I have traded a couple of e-mail's.

My last from him was about 8h ago, when he fwd'ed me the unsub-notice
with a "sent mail" stamp of 6:12PM (which seemed oddly late to me --
I'm guessing some delay in the SMTP xfer).

Hopefully, he has since seen Zack's re-invite and is now re-subbed and
reading these messages (or will be, when he's back at his computer).

I've explicitly removed the "CC"'s from this message, however, as I
don't want it to be unclear whether he's got this via list e-mail, or
CC.
